The stairs themselves are great. Very sturdy foam, my cat uses them to get to the window perch. I took a star off because putting the cover back on after washing was a bit of a wrestling match. The zipper got stuck halfway. I eventually got it zipped but was afraid it might rip. Once it's on though it looks nice and clean.
When I first opened the box I was like... uh oh. It was vacuum sealed super tight and looked all deformed and squishy. I almost returned it right then. But the instructions said wait 24-48 hours so I left it alone. Came back the next day and it had puffed up perfectly into shape! It's actually super firm now. It grips the floor really well so it doesnt slide when he gets the zoomies and launches himself up it. The fabric is kinda grippy too so he doesnt slip. best purchase ive made for him this year.
