We pack every order with care and keep shipping clear: what it costs, when it leaves us, and what to expect at checkout.
Processing and delivery time
- Processing: please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to prepare and pack your order.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days after they ship, depending on your destination.
- Handmade and custom items: made-to-order items take longer. The product page shows the lead time for each one.
Rates and delivery by destination
Complimentary standard shipping applies once your order reaches the amount for your destination. Below that amount, the standard rate applies. Available shipping options and charges are confirmed at checkout.

Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands is $12 for orders below the applicable complimentary-shipping amount. Orders that reach it pay a reduced rate of $6. Territory orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days.
