Return and Exchange/Refund Policy

Welcome to Viva Essence! We're so glad you chose us. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we can help if you need to return or exchange something.

How to Return or Exchange

Got an item that arrived damaged? No worries! You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. Just keep your proof of purchase and reach out to us at info@vivaessencelife.com. We’re here to make things right!

If Your Item Arrives Damaged

Let us know right away if your item arrives damaged! Shoot us an email with a photo of the damage, and we’ll sort out a refund or send a replacement straight away, your choice!

Need-to-Knows

  • Shipping costs (both original and return) and duty & tax are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if the product has been used or if any original packaging, labels, or tags have been removed.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost if product is not damaged.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost if the product just does not meet personal expectations.

Exceptions

Personalized or final sale items can’t be returned or exchanged, sorry! And we can’t accept returns on items used with water or that have been snuggled by your pets, unless they arrived defective. 

    Getting Your Refund

    Once we get your return and check it out, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. Then, we’ll refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days. Sometimes banks or card companies might take a bit longer, so please give it a little extra time.
