Because Every Pet (and Pet Parent!) Deserves Happiness

We know your pets are family, and we want every toy, treat, or bed to earn their wagging tails or purrs of approval. If something doesn’t quite work out, here’s how we’ll help:


🐶 Our Promise to You & Your Pets

30 Days to Decide: Not the right fit? Return unused, unopened, or un-sniffed items in their original packaging (tags attached, please!) within 30 days of order placement.

Damaged Goods?: If your order arrives bent, broken, or chewed (by the postal service, not your pup!), email us at info@vivaessencepet.com within 7 days with photos. We’ll send a replacement!


🚫 What We Can’t Accept (For Everyone’s Safety)

Final Sale: Personalized items, clearance/sale products, or anything marked “final sale.”

Paw-jama Parties: Items used with water (like bowls or beds), opened food/treats, or anything your pet already claimed as their new favorite snuggle spot (unless it’s defective).

❌ Order Cancellations

Changed Your Mind?: Contact us FAST within 6 hours or it might be sent to shipping supplier where we can't control! If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it.


📦 How to Return Items

Email Us: Reach out to info@vivaessencepet.com with your order number and why you’re returning.

Ship It Back: We’ll send a return address.

You Cover Shipping: For non-damaged returns (we’ll keep our prices low for all pet parents!).

Original Shipping & Taxes: Non-refundable (blame the mail carriers, not us!).


💸 Fees & Refunds

Restocking Fee: 20% (min. $8) for non-damaged returns – think of it as a “thank you” for helping us keep prices pet-friendly!

Refund Timing: Approved refunds hit your account within 10 business days (your bank might take a few extra naps to process it).
