Find quick answers to common product questions.
How do I choose between 2, 3, and 4 steps?
Use the Size Guide as the source of truth. Measure from the floor to the top of your couch or bed surface, then choose the closest height: 2 Steps for lower furniture, 3 Steps for standard sofas or lower beds, and 4 Steps for taller indoor furniture.
How do these steps support joint health?
They support joint health by giving pets a softer path to beds and couches and helping reduce repeated jumping in everyday routines. They are not a treatment for injury, arthritis, or mobility disease.
Are these better than a ramp?
These pet steps are best for small dogs, cats, and pets that can still walk up shallow steps. If your pet has poor balance, a back issue, major joint limitations, or a vet has advised avoiding stairs, a ramp or veterinary guidance may be better.
Is the cover washable?
Yes. Remove the cover, machine wash on a gentle cold cycle, and air dry before putting it back on the foam core.
What pets are these not ideal for?
They are not ideal for pets that chew foam, very large or heavy pets, pets that cannot safely step, outdoor use, or car access.
How do I help my pet use the steps for the first time?
Place the steps flush against the furniture, keep them in the same spot, and guide slowly with treats. Start with one or two calm climbs rather than expecting immediate confident use.
What matters most before buying pet steps?
Measure furniture height, confirm your pet can still climb shallow steps, and choose the step count that creates the smoothest route to the bed or couch.
