Begin on Cool during the first sessions. Move to Warm only when your pet is relaxed and the airflow feels comfortable against your own hand. High Warm should be used carefully, with the brush moving rather than resting in one spot.
How should I introduce the sound and airflow?
Let your pet inspect the tool while it is off, then turn it on at a little distance for a few seconds. Pair calm behavior with praise, and build toward short passes over the back or side before working on more sensitive areas.
Can I use it around the face, ears, paws, or belly?
Use the lowest comfortable setting and slow, careful passes around sensitive areas. Keep airflow out of the eyes and ears, avoid broken or irritated skin, and stop if your pet pulls away or becomes tense.
Will it fully dry a thick or double coat?
Thicker coats may still need towel drying, sectioning, more time, or a higher-airflow grooming dryer. PetPulse is best positioned for home maintenance and smaller drying sessions rather than a guaranteed full-dry time.
How do I care for the brush?
Unplug it and let it cool before removing loose hair from the comb area. Keep the handle, air intake, cord, and electrical parts dry, and store the tool only after the brush head is clean and fully dry.
