FAQ for AquaPaw Splash & Play Sprinkler Mat

Find quick answers to common product questions.

What size should I choose, 100cm or 170cm?
Choose 100cm for patios, small yards, or one smaller dog. Choose 170cm for larger dogs, wider yards, or more splash room during supervised play.
Does it connect to a standard garden hose?
Yes. Connect the mat to a standard garden hose, start with low pressure, then adjust the water pressure to change the spray height.
Is AquaPaw really paw-proof?
AquaPaw is built for normal paw play, splashing, and backyard zoomies. It is not chew-proof or puncture-proof, so remove it if your dog starts biting, dragging, or digging aggressively at the mat.
Is it kid-safe?
It is designed for kid-safe family water fun with adult supervision. Always supervise children and pets during water play and set the spray height with gentle water pressure first.
Does this prevent overheating or heatstroke?
No. It adds a cooler water-play activity for warm days, but it is not a heatstroke prevention tool. Always provide shade, fresh water, rest breaks, and veterinary care when needed.
How should I set the water pressure?
Start low, then adjust gradually. A lower spray is better for cautious dogs, first sessions, and small patios, while more pressure creates a bigger splash zone for confident water-loving dogs.
How do I store it after play?
Disconnect the hose, drain the water, rinse off grass or dirt, and let the mat dry before folding it for storage.
