Honestly, I was tired of lifting my 45lb Lab mix onto the bed every night, but I also didn't want a giant plastic eyesore in my bedroom. I did a lot of digging and settled on these. I was getting so stressed watching my frenchie Bella launch herself off the sofa. we all know their backs are tickings time bombs. picked this up last week and honestly it’s a relief. the foam is firm, not that squishy cheap stuff, so she actually feels stable walking on it. took a handful of treats to get her used to it but now she zooms up and down. fits right in with our grey couch too.
Look the quality is fine i guess, the foam is dense. But the steps are way too narrow for my beagle. He tries to go down and his back feet slip off the step above. He got scared and now refuses to go near it. Maybe good for a tiny dog like a yorkie but if your dog is over 25lbs i would look for something with deeper steps. bummer.
got the 3 step one for the bed. its a bit steeper than i thought it would be? my dog is a pug and he struggled a bit at first. the material is nice though, very soft and grippy so he doesnt slide. just took about a week of training before he stopped staring at it and actually used it. good quality just takes patience.

These stairs are solid, my dog loves them. She's a Corgi so jumping off the bed was always a fall risk. The only thing is, our bed is really high, so even the 3-step version is still a small stretch for her to get on the bed. But she uses it, which is the main thing. Bought this for my little terrier pup so he wouldn't hurt himself jumping off the bed. He just... won't use it. Still jumps right over it. A complete waste of money for me. Maybe an older dog would get it, but mine is too stubborn.
