I really wanted this to work for my Pug, Misty. I measured her three times according to the chart but the fit just feels off. The side bars seem to rub against her shoulders no matter how I adjust the width. She refuses to move in it and just tips sideways. It might be okay for longer dogs but for a chunky pug body it just didn't sit right. returning it.
