Primo utilizzo

Abbina l'anello a scale rese inaccessibili, spigoli protetti, passaggi liberi e supervisione negli ambienti sconosciuti o all'aperto.

Come abituo il mio animale all’anello?
Dove posso utilizzarlo?
Inizia in ambienti interni familiari.

The XS halo sits lightly on my small Boston Terrier during short hallway practice, though tight turns still need supervision.

Customer photo review of Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Pepper is my orange tabby domestic shorthair with limited vision, and she prefers the quiet route from her bed to the water bowl. I first let her wear the harness briefly in the guest room, then adjusted the fit slowly using her nose distance and chest girth. Once the blue ring sat forward of her face without pressing her whiskers, we practiced walking between the closed door and a rounded side table. She paused but did not back out. On the straight section, the bright blue circular EVA foam ring touched the table edge before her cheek did. Pepper stopped, sniffed, and kept going after I waited beside her. The royal-blue chest panel, black edging, yellow webbing and D-ring, orange and lime mesh padding, and light-blue connectors are easy to inspect. The light setup leaves her front legs free, and the ring stays visibly ahead of her face. The ring still needs a clear route: a narrow chair gap made her hesitate, so I block tight spaces and stay nearby, especially in unfamiliar rooms. It is an early contact point, not a guarantee that every bump disappears. After practice I wipe it clean, inspect regularly for rubbing or damage, and check the ring shape. For a cat learning familiar indoor routes, the adjustable fit and gentle bumper have become a useful part of our routine.

The XS halo gives Sable a little more confidence on her usual path from the bed to the kitchen. It feels light and stays clear of her face, though tight turns still need extra room and supervision.

Customer photo review of Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Juniper is a 9-pound black-and-tan Miniature Pinscher with low vision, and we practice a familiar den-to-kitchen route. I compared her nose distance and chest girth with the size chart, then adjusted the XS harness while she stood. I let her sniff the blue ring, then started with a short pass. The ring sits forward of her face, leaving open space for her muzzle and eyes, and the harness stays fairly light when the yellow straps lie flat. On the straight section, the ring made a soft tap against the rounded console edge before Juniper reached it. I paused and guided her back to the clear route. The blue EVA bumper, black-edged chest panel, light-blue connectors, yellow webbing and orange mesh section are easy to check; I wipe the ring down after practice and inspect the ring shape and straps for damage or rubbing each time. The XS needs room. The circular bumper is wider than Juniper's body, so it brushed a dining chair leg on a tighter turn. I would not use it in cluttered rooms or treat it as a replacement for keeping familiar paths clear and supervising her. For short indoor practice with a patient introduction, it gives us a forward contact point and earns five stars; the extra width is the tradeoff.

Our 7-pound Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix is comfortable walking around the house, but she needs a little more space awareness, so I ordered the XS Halo Safety Ring. I checked her measurements before adjusting the harness and introduced the harness and ring separately. The ring sits in front of her face without pressing on her neck, and there is enough room around her muzzle and eyes. We started with the same clear route from her bed to the doorway. She quickly managed the straight section, while tighter turns needed extra room and a little patience. The blue ring is light, the straps are easy to check, and the foam wipes clean with a damp cloth. I supervise every session and make sure the harness stays flat and centered. For our short indoor routine, the XS has been a helpful addition and earns five stars from us.

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Customer photo review of Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

My 4.8-pound cinnamon-and-white domestic shorthair has started hesitating on a few familiar paths, so I tried the XXS Halo Safety Ring for a short hallway session. I checked her measurements first and let her wear the blue harness without the ring so she could get used to it. After that, we practiced for about a minute at a time in the open hall. The blue ring sits out in front of her face and connects to a blue harness with yellow straps, light-blue fittings, a yellow D-ring, and mesh padding. It is light enough for her to turn her head and reach her water bowl. She stopped when the ring brushed the edge of a shoe bench, then turned toward the clear part of the hallway, which showed me it was doing its job. The fit takes a little patience. I check the chest straps, make sure the ring stays forward, and stop if she paws at the harness or tries to back away. It is awkward near narrow doorways and chair legs, so I only use it for short, supervised indoor practice and remove it for sleeping, eating, and exploring on her own. I wipe it down afterward and check the straps and ring for damage. It gives us a simple way to practice a familiar route, although some cats may never like the extra width around their face.

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Customer photo review of Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Since our blind Chihuahua started relearning the short route from the living room to her water bowl, this ring has made indoor practice feel more predictable. I adjusted the blue harness slowly and started with just a few minutes in the quiet hallway. The soft-edged blue bumper gives a light tap before her nose reaches furniture, which has helped her pause and change direction. The harness feels light, and the yellow straps and orange mesh are easy to wipe clean. I still keep her routes clear, check the fit and ring position each time, and supervise every session. It can catch on tight chair openings, so it is best for open, familiar paths. It has been a helpful extra buffer, not a replacement for a safe layout or supervision.

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Customer photo review of Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Our 12-year-old chocolate Lab mix has very limited vision, so the first few days with this halo were mostly about getting comfortable rather than walking anywhere. I let him sniff the harness and blue ring, adjusted the yellow straps while he was standing, and started with a short route from his bed to the water bowl. Once he got used to the fit, the ring bumped into a doorway before his shoulders did, which made our practice sessions feel more predictable. It is still a supervised aid. It does not replace clearing the floor or guiding him around stairs and unfamiliar spaces. He is not a fan of tight turns, so I check the straps for rubbing and inspect the EVA ring for damage after he bumps into anything. The bright blue ring is easy to see, and the lightweight setup did not seem to drag when the fit was right. The biggest improvement for us came from taking the introduction slowly and using the same familiar route. Measure the nose distance and chest girth carefully before ordering. If the ring sits too far back or hangs low, it defeats the purpose.

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

We call him "bumper car" now lol. My terrier mix took to this immediately. He used to creep around slowly, but now he just zooms. If the halo hits a chair leg, he just bounces off and changes direction. It's hilarious and such a relief not to worry about his eyes getting poked. Best purchase I've made all year.

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

I was honestly heartbreaking watching my 14-year-old beagle, Buster, bump into the coffee table every day. He just stopped moving around the house. I got this halo hoping for a miracle and I kinda got one. It took him about an hour to realize the "tap" meant he needed to turn, but now he navigates the living room like a pro. It's super light, he doesn't even notice he's wearing it. Crying happy tears seeing him wag his tail again.

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

It works. The foam part is soft enough that it doesn't mark up my baseboards when he hits them. My dog is a chaotic walker so this just keeps his nose safe. Simple and effective.

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

I wanted to love this but my dog is just too anxious. The second I strapped it on him, he froze like a statue. Would not take a single step. We tried treats, coaxing, everything. He just hates having the bar over his head. The quality seems fine, it's just not for every dog. Unfortunate waste of money for us.

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Was worried it would be too heavy for my yorkie (she's only 5lbs) but it's super light. She sleeps in it comfortably. The strap is a bit long but i just cut it shorter.

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Sudden blindness from diabetes hit us hard. Bella was so depressed. This halo thing helped her transition. She can find her water bowl without smashing her face into the wall. It's easy to wipe clean too which is nice.

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

It's been a real help for Cooper, my lab mix. He's been bumping into things pretty bad since his vision got worse. This halo has cut down on the head bumps a lot. He seems more confident moving around. The only reason it's not a five star is that the fit is a little awkward around his chest, even with adjusting. It rubs him a bit if he wears it all day. But overall, it's a good product and I'm glad we have it.

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Got this for Max, my border collie mix, after he went blind pretty suddenly. He's a really active guy and kept running into the walls. This ring is super light, which is good. He barely notices it's on after a few minutes. It's saved him from a lot of bumps. Adjusting the harness was simple enough to get a snug fit. Material seems pretty tough too. Happy with it.

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Bought this a while back for our senior poodle. It's been fantastic. Holds up really well to daily use and is super easy to wipe clean. Our dog is much safer and happier.

Collision Guard Ring for Blind or Old Pets

My golden retriever, Daisy, started losing her sight pretty fast last year. It was heartbreaking seeing her bump into everything, she just stopped moving around the house. Got this ring a few weeks ago, and honestly, it's like a miracle. She's walking with confidence again. Bumps into the ring, not her head. She even tried to play fetch the other day, something she hasn't done in months. It's lightweight, she doesn't mind wearing it at all. Fits great. So grateful for this product.

Collision Guard Ring for Blind or Old Pets

My sweet Buddy, my golden retriever, started losing his sight real fast this past year. It was awful watching him bump into everything. He'd just stand in one spot, looking so scared. My heart just broke. Then I found this halo. It’s been maybe a month now. He still wears it. He bumps the ring, not his face. He actually WAGS his tail when he walks around the house now. Even in the backyard he seems so much better. It's like a miracle. He's eating better, playing a little. It gives me such peace of mind. Truly, truly thankful for this product.

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

My dog Leo is getting old and can't see anymore. This halo stops him from crashing into furniture. It's super light and he doesn't mind wearing it. What a lifesaver.

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Collision Guard Ring for Blind or Old Pets

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Ma vieille labradora, Luna, devient aveugle. Ce collier est génial. Elle marche beaucoup plus en confiance. Je recommande vraiment.

Collision Guard Ring for Blind or Old Pets

Our little blind cat, Mittens, has been so much happier since we got this. She used to walk around so slowly, super cautious. Now she moves with a bit more speed. It's soft and lightweight, she doesn't seem to notice it much. A good investment for sure.

Collision Guard Ring for Blind or Old Pets

I had high hopes for this, really. My little chihuahua, Princess, is completely blind now. But she just hated wearing it. Tried for a few days but she kept backing up and trying to get it off. When she did walk, she still seemed to bump into things. Maybe her head is too small for it to work right. Just didn't work for us.

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Collision Guard Ring for Blind or Old Pets

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Halo Safety Ring for Blind Pets

Got this for my terrier mix who suddenly went blind. The idea is good, and it feels like a quality product. Lightweight, sure. But my dog just hated wearing it. He kept trying to shake it off, wouldn't move with it on. Tried for a week, different adjustments, but no luck. It might be great for other dogs, just not mine. Shame, really.
