Tracking Your Order
Transparency is key. As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the journey of your package until it reaches your doorstep.
Important: Package Retrieval & Security
Secure Delivery: Once the tracking status shows "Delivered," the package is considered in your possession. We recommend tracking your shipment closely to ensure you are available to receive it.
Unclaimed Packages: If a delivery attempt is missed and the package is returned to the depot, it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate redelivery or pickup with the carrier. Packages returned to us due to failure to collect may incur a reshipping fee.
Address Accuracy
To ensure a seamless delivery, please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We process orders immediately to ensure speed, so we often cannot amend an address once the order is in our system. Viva Essence Pet is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided.
Cancellations
Our fulfillment system is automated for speed. Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for packing. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. If you no longer require the items, you may initiate a return upon receipt, following our standard Return Policy.
